Tree fellers cut off the diseased branches. Country paths are being cleared and fallen ash tree logs are being used to create a new area for walkways and regrowth management after an outbreak of ash dieback in Clayfield Copse & Blackhouse Woods. Saplings are going to be planted to bring new life too old. Ash dieback disease was confirmed at Clayfield Copse at the start of the year, it is a popular local nature reserve in Reading.
