Picture MUST credit: NBC Wednesday TV show star Catherine Zeta-Jones has told how sword skills she learned in starring in two Zorro movies aided her in the Addams Family spin-off series. Wales-born Zeta-Jones, 55, was speaking on the US Seth Meyers talk show about the latest series of Wednesday in which Catherine plays Morticia Addams, mother of schoolgirl Wednesday Addams played by actress Jenna Ortega, She also revealed that maker Netflix had green lit a third series of the gothic comedy horror show. Meyers reminded Zeta-Jones, woh is married to Basic Instinct star Michael Douglas, 80, she had a fencing scene for the second series and said she " had a bit of a head start.” He then showed off a film still of her in one of the two swashbuckling Zorro movies about a masked vigilante in early 19th Century California played by Antonio Banderas. She appeared in The Mask of Zorro in1998 and The Legend of Zorro in 2005. Meyers said he understood Ortega had to take fencing lessons but that Catherine had " a couple Zorros” under her belt. He added: "Is a blade play like riding a bike? You never forget it ?” She replied: "It was like, ‘how are you doing? Need a few rehearsals?' "I'm like, yeah, OK.
