Pictures must credit: SNL/NBC Lady Gaga poked fun at herself over panned movie Joker: Folie à Deux, when she presented US comedy sketch and music show Saturday Night Live. The 37-year-old Poker Face singer and actress hosted as part of the series' 50th anniversary celebrations. For the opening monologue she wore a sparkly white figure hugging evening gown and feathered wrap. And she was happy to reference the Joker sequel, in which she starred with Joaquin Phoenix. The musical take bombed at the box office and left the movie picking up the alternative Oscar, known as a Razzie, for its two stars as the worst on screen duo. Gaga has a new record coming out but told the viewers: "I know you might be thinking I'm here to promote my album Mayhem, but I'm actually here to remind you that I'm an amazing actor.” She referenced the first time hosting Saturday Night Live was 11 years ago. She went on: "Anyway, I'm an actor now, and I've been very diligent about selecting films that would showcase my craft as a serious actor. "Films such as Joker 2. "Apparently people thought it was awesome, and Joaquin and I even got nominated for a Razzie, which is an award for the worst films of the year. "So we won for Worst On Screen Duo. "But joke's on them. I love winning things.”
