19/03/2024. Sheffield, UK. The Prince of Wales meets Safiya as he attends a Homewards Sheffield Local Coalition meeting at the Millennium Gallery. The Coalition has been convened over the past nine months by Homewards to bring in new partners, create a shared vision for Sheffield, and formulate a Local Action Plan towards ending homelessness in the area. The group includes over 70 organisations, and members of the local community with lived experience of homelessness. The Prince joined discussions about the impact made by Homewards in Sheffield so far, and the immediate next steps that the Coalition should take forward to tackle areas of need in the city.
