The former Manchester United, Real Madrid and England star, 49, was asked about the notoriously picky ex-Spice Girl's favourite foods during an interview with his former club and international team mate Rio Ferdinand, 45. He said the one-timer Posh Spice , 50, loves grilled shrimp, so he usually makes her a starter of shrimp with avocado . That's followed by a main course of salt-baked sea bass. But when Ferdinand asked about desserts, Beckham replied: "I'm not sure she'd have a dessert actually. "So that's what I'd make for her and then for me I'd make a nice ragu with fresh pasta. The former England star added that even when it comes to cooking, he's still a perfectionist. He added: "I think if you're going to do something, you've got to do it to the best of your abilities.
