La bastide et ses dépendances représentent 3600m2. De nombreux fonds ont été investis pour moderniser la cave et construire une résidence hôtelière destinée à des réunions d'hommes d'affaires et des réceptions privées. La décoration intérieure est signée Michael S. Smith, l'homme qui repensa les appartements et le bureau ovale de la Maison Blanche, pour les Obama. Le directeur Yann Joët dirige l'activité hôtelière et viticole de Château Margüi. Pour la partie hotellière, il s'agit d'un resort privé qui se loue à la semaine, avec l'ensemble du personnel dont un chef cuisinier, pour un tarif qui oscille entre 145 000 € et 235 000 €. Le domaine cultive les cépages grenache noir, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, cinsault et mourvèdre. Il produit 120.000 bouteilles par an de vin blanc, rosé et rouge, "Cuvée Bastide", AOP coteaux varois en Provence ou en IGP Vin de pays du Var. L'objectif est de produire 200.000 bouteilles d'ici 2027. Il contient également 5 hectares d'oliviers AOP pour la production d'huile. Le domaine se trouve au cœur d'une zone Natura 2000.
